Triathlon Results

The ACC triathlon was held on Sunday morning, with magnificent conditions greeting the competitors at Mordialloc. After a successful introduction last year, the 2017 event promised big things and the performances of the students were fantastic. We had 59 students competing from CBC St Kilda, Mazenod College, Salesian College, Simonds Catholic College, St Bede’s College and St Joseph’s College Ferntree Gully.

Although the event is based on individual times, the ACC awards focus on team results, with the top 4 combined times from each section counting towards the overall award placings. Congratulations to the following schools:

750m swim, 20km ride, 5km run

300m swim, 10km ride, 2km run

In another great result for the ACC, St Bede’s College won the Triathlon Victoria All Schools Series after their fantastic performance on the weekend. Congratulations to Craig Radley and all of the students in the team – a brilliant effort considering the quality of athletes involved in the schools competition.
