Mark Dickinson

Mark Dickinson has been on stage since the age of seven. He completed his studies at the Graduate Victorian College of the Arts and then went on to learn ‘On Camera and Strasberg Technique at the Linden School of Drama’. Mark then went on to start his career as an actor and singer on the West End, as well as performing popular Opera, Music Theatre classics and Jump Jive/ Swing Band music all over Europe, Australasia and around the UK. Some of the Musical Theatre performances Mark has been involved in includes‘Les Miserables’, Cats’, ‘A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum’ and the ‘Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber’ in Beijing. A versatile performer, Mark has worked with the likes of Hugh Jackman, Glenn Close, Harry Connick Jr, Elaine Paige and Jason Donovan. He has performed for dignitaries such as The Royal Family at Windsor Castle to an invited audience of 150, to former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and former French President Jacques Chirac. Mark has also had the opportunity to perform for celebrities such as Jenson Button, Tim Brooke Taylor, Ian Botham and Gabriel Byrne. Mark has also been involved in a few TV productions including ABC classic ‘Damnation of Harvey McHugh’. He also played minor roles in the films Ned and South Pacific and was a soloist in Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Recently, Mark played the role of Alexander Molokov in the production ‘Chess’ put on by The Production Company.
